Land Incas Tour is created and run by the local families and guides themselves: our rates are communicated with no detours, no hidden commission, and 100% of the price paid goes directly to those who welcome you, on every one of our tours.
Our most requested experience: private Inca weaving demonstration, preparation of an authentic pachamanca cooked underground with heated stones (potatoes, sweet potato, lamb and chicken) and lunch shared with the Andean community, who live in the countryside of the Sacred Valley, 20 minutes north of Cusco. A full day that's worth more than many multi-day tours.
A tailor-made tour, based on what you want to see around Cusco: Cusco itself, Sacsayhuamán, Pisac, Moray, the Maras salt pans, Machu Picchu, and more — we put together the classic route you prefer.
One- or two-day trek to the Huchuy Cusco archaeological site, accompanied by llamas throughout the walk — panoramic views over the Sacred Valley, quiet trails, and a night in a camp or community lodging.
Adventure tour: taking part in the clean-up of a newly found pyramidal site discovered in 2017, 5 days' walk from the Lacco valley. Some see a possible link to the legendary lost cities of Paititi (probably located in the Pantiacolla plateau, north of the Toporaké mountain range), the mythical Inca "city of gold" never found.
